Teacher Trainer (Afan Oromo and Amharic Language Proficient)

GlobeDock Academy is an e-learning platform in Ethiopia that provides high-quality, accessible education. We are looking for passionate Teacher Trainers to deliver teacher training programs in Afan Oromo and Amharic language .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver teacher training sessions using Afan Oromo and Amharic language language.
2. Use digital tools to enhance training, focusing on teaching strategies and classroom management.
3. Create a supportive learning environment and provide feedback to help teachers improve.
4. Adapt materials to meet the needs of teachers in different language-speaking regions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education or related fields.
2. Proficiency in Afan Oromo and Amharic language language.
3. Strong communication and coaching skills.
4. Experience in teacher training is preferred.

Skills and Expertise:

1. Ability to simplify complex teaching concepts.
2. Experience in educational training is an advantage.
