Teacher Trainer (Afar Af and Amharic Languages Proficient)

We are looking for skilled and passionate Teacher Trainers who can deliver teacher training programs in Afar Af and Amharic Languages. This role focuses on equipping educators with effective teaching strategies, learning theories, and classroom management skills to enhance the overall quality of education in their respective language-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver teacher training sessions using Afar Af and Amharic Languages as the primary medium of communication.
2. Utilize digital platforms and tools to enhance teacher training, with a focus on learning theories, teaching strategies, and classroom management techniques.
3. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters professional growth for teachers.
4. Customize training materials and methods to suit the needs of teachers in the specific language-speaking regions.
5. Regularly assess the progress of participants and provide constructive feedback to help improve their teaching practices and effectiveness in the classroom.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in Afar Af and Amharic Languages is essential, with the ability to communicate and teach effectively in the respective language.
3. Strong communication, coaching, and instructional skills.
4. Previous experience in teacher training, professional development, or education-related roles is highly preferred.
5. Knowledge of learning theories, teaching methodologies, and instructional design is a plus.

Skills and Expertise:

1. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with a focus on simplifying and presenting complex teaching concepts.
2. Ability to adapt and deliver training content and strategies effectively in Afar Af and Amharic Languages.
