Role Summary  

GlobeDock Academy is seeking passionate, detail-oriented E-learning Teachers to deliver engaging and interactive instruction for students in Grades 9–12. This role requires strong subject mastery, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to translate academic concepts into accessible, student-centered learning experiences. 

Teachers will support GlobeDock’s digital learning ecosystem through interactive teaching, recorded lessons, and structured academic content. 


Note: Prior teaching experience is not required. We welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who have expertise in the subject matter and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with Grades 9–12 curricula 
  2. Support student learning progress through clear communication and structured materials 
  3. Explain complex concepts using practical, real-life examples 
  4. Adapt teaching approaches to diverse student backgrounds and learning abilities 
  5. Collaborate with academic and content teams to ensure lesson quality and consistency 
  6. Utilize digital tools and platforms for lesson delivery and content development

Ideal Candidate Profile 

The successful candidate will: 

  1. Demonstrate passion for teaching and educational impact 
  2. Possess strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Social Sciences 
  3. Have excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and camera-facing) 
  4. Teach confidently and clearly in English 
  5. Translate theory into practical, real-world applications 
  6. Be adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable with new tools 
  7. Make learning accessible for students with diverse cognitive abilities 


Qualifications & Requirements 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university 
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  3. Professional, responsible, and punctual 
  4. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and time-management skills
