Open Positions 

1. E-Learning English Teacher (Grades 7–12) 
2. E-Learning History Teacher (Grades 9–12) 

Responsibilities 

1. Deliver interactive and engaging online lessons tailored to students in grades 7–12. 
2. Use effective communication methods and digital educational tools to support student learning outcomes. 
3. Connect theoretical concepts to real-world applications, making learning meaningful and inspiring. 
4. Create an inclusive online learning environment that supports students from diverse backgrounds and abilities. 

An Ideal Candidate Should 

1. Have a passion for teaching and creating meaningful impact in education. 
2. Possess strong subject knowledge in either English or History for grades 7–12. 
3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills (English and Amharic) – both verbal and written – with confidence in camera-facing delivery. 
4. Be able to teach effectively in both English and Amharic. 
5. Show adaptability to new tools, creativity in approach, and enthusiasm for online learning. 
6. Be self-driven, quick to learn, and committed to student success. 

Qualification and Requirement 

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in English, History, Education, or related fields from a recognized university. 
2. Work Experience: 0 to 10 years (prior experience in e-learning or online teaching is a plus). 
3. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. 
4. Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual. 
5. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
