We work with civil society organizations and development partners to develop evidence-based curricula and training programs that address real-world legal, social, and educational challenges. 

Role Summary  

The Subject Matter Expert provides technical and academic expertise to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and integrity of learning content developed for digital education programs. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Content Development & Validation 
2. Provide expert input on subject-specific content 
3. Define learning objectives and key concepts for modules 
4. Review and validate instructional materials for technical accuracy 
5. Quality Assurance 
6. Ensure content reflects current laws, policies, or academic frameworks 
7. Provide clear, actionable feedback during content development 
8. Collaboration 
9. Work closely with Instructional Designers and Project Leads 
10. Participate in review meetings and content validation processes 

Required Qualifications 

1. MA or higher in Law, Educational Technology, Social Sciences, or related discipline 
2. Minimum 5–7 years of relevant professional or research experience 
3. Experience working with education, training, or CSO projects is preferred 

Skills 

1. Strong analytical and communication skills 
2. Ability to translate complex concepts into learner-friendly formats
