Role Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design, implementation, and evaluation of digital education related projects. The role ensures that all educational initiatives meet high pedagogical standards while complying with donor requirements, timelines, and quality benchmarks. 


Key Responsibilities 

1. Strategic Project Management 

  1. Lead the full project lifecycle from needs assessment to final evaluation 
  2. Manage scope, time, quality, and reporting requirements for donor-funded projects 
  3. Coordinate with partners, donors, and internal teams 

2. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) 

  1. Develop and oversee monitoring and evaluation frameworks 
  2. Analyze learning data and project performance indicators 
  3. Prepare technical and narrative reports for stakeholders and donors 

3. Team Leadership 

  1. Lead multidisciplinary teams (Instructional Designers, SMEs, LMS Specialists) 
  2. Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders 


Required Qualifications 

  1. MA/Ph.D. in Project Management. PhD is an advantage 
  2. Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience 
  3. Proven experience managing education or digital learning projects in CSO/NGO contexts, including serving as a Project Manager for digital learning and curriculum development initiatives.
