Role Summary
We are hiring a senior-level master trainer to lead the design, delivery, and quality assurance of leadership and personal development training programs.
This role is not for motivational speakers or entry-level trainers.
The master trainer will:
- Translate leadership and personal development theory into practical, behavior-based learning.
- Build the capacity of trainers and facilitators through Training-of-Trainers (ToT).
- Own training quality, facilitation standards, and learner outcomes across programs.
This is a systems-oriented role focused on scalability, consistency, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Training Design & Delivery
- Design and deliver leadership and personal development programs grounded in adult learning principles.
- Ensure content is practical, culturally relevant, and adaptable to contexts.
Quality Assurance & Learning Outcomes
- Monitor learner performance and behavioral outcomes.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve curricula and delivery models.
- Ensure training consistency across digital, blended, and offline formats.
Strategic Contribution
- Advise leadership on adult learning innovation and leadership development strategy.
- Collaborate with content, technology, and operations teams to align learning systems.
- Uphold safeguarding, ethical training practices, data protection, and responsible AI use.
Required Qualifications
- +5 years of proven experience delivering leadership and personal development training, and extensive senior-level training experience
- Demonstrated experience as a lead trainer or master trainer
- Deep mastery of adult learning and facilitation methodologies
- Ability to translate theory into observable leadership behaviors
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability
- High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
- Experience with digital, blended, and offline learning tools
- Strong ethical standards and a learner-centered mindset
- Experience working with youth, educators, NGOs, CSOs, or education-focused institutions is strongly preferred.
