Role Summary  

We are hiring a senior-level master trainer to lead the design, delivery, and quality assurance of leadership and personal development training programs.  

This role is not for motivational speakers or entry-level trainers.  

The master trainer will: 

  1. Translate leadership and personal development theory into practical, behavior-based learning.  
  2. Build the capacity of trainers and facilitators through Training-of-Trainers (ToT). 
  3. Own training quality, facilitation standards, and learner outcomes across programs.  

This is a systems-oriented role focused on scalability, consistency, and measurable impact.  


Key Responsibilities  

Training Design & Delivery  

  1. Design and deliver leadership and personal development programs grounded in adult learning principles.  
  2. Ensure content is practical, culturally relevant, and adaptable to contexts.  

Quality Assurance & Learning Outcomes   

  1. Monitor learner performance and behavioral outcomes.  
  2. Collect feedback and continuously improve curricula and delivery models.  
  3. Ensure training consistency across digital, blended, and offline formats.  

Strategic Contribution  

  1. Advise leadership on adult learning innovation and leadership development strategy.  
  2. Collaborate with content, technology, and operations teams to align learning systems.  
  3. Uphold safeguarding, ethical training practices, data protection, and responsible AI use.  


Required Qualifications  

  1. +5 years of proven experience delivering leadership and personal development training, and extensive senior-level training experience    
  2. Demonstrated experience as a lead trainer or master trainer  
  3. Deep mastery of adult learning and facilitation methodologies  
  4. Ability to translate theory into observable leadership behaviors  
  5. Strong coaching and mentoring capability  
  6. High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity  
  7. Experience with digital, blended, and offline learning tools  
  8. Strong ethical standards and a learner-centered mindset  
  9. Experience working with youth, educators, NGOs, CSOs, or education-focused institutions is strongly preferred.
