Role Summary
The LMS Specialist manages the technical operation, configuration, and optimization of the Moodle learning platform, ensuring reliable delivery, data accuracy, and learner support.
Key Responsibilities
1. LMS Administration
- Configure Moodle courses, user roles, and enrollment systems
- Install, manage, and test plugins
2. Content Deployment & Support
- Upload and manage SCORM/xAPI learning packages
- Provide technical support to learners and content teams
3. Reporting & Data Management
- Generate learner progress and completion reports
- Ensure data security, backups, and privacy compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Moodle administration experience
- Experience supporting education or CSO projects is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Moodle backend management
- SCORM/xAPI standards
- Basic HTML/CSS and reporting tools
