Job Summary

The Admin Assistant will manage general office administration, team coordination, documentation, and operational support reporting directly to management. This role is ideal for a young, organized, and versatile candidate who can handle multiple tasks with energy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day office operations.
  2. Assist with company documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
  3. Help coordinate internal communications and team activities.
  4. Provide administrative support across departments as needed (HR, operations).
  5. Assist with simple reports, tracking tasks, and follow-ups.
  6. Represent the company professionally during external assignments and field activities.
  7. Prepare, organize, and process official letters, reports, memos, and other business documents

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in administration or office support.
  3. Valid Ethiopian Driving License (Mandatory).
  4. Motivated, proactive, and confident, with strong communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
  8. Experience working with government offices, banks, clients, or external stakeholders is an advantage.
