Job Summary
The Admin Assistant will manage general office administration, team coordination, documentation, and operational support reporting directly to management. This role is ideal for a young, organized, and versatile candidate who can handle multiple tasks with energy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Assist with company documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Help coordinate internal communications and team activities.
- Provide administrative support across departments as needed (HR, operations).
- Assist with simple reports, tracking tasks, and follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally during external assignments and field activities.
- Prepare, organize, and process official letters, reports, memos, and other business documents
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in administration or office support.
- Valid Ethiopian Driving License (Mandatory).
- Motivated, proactive, and confident, with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience working with government offices, banks, clients, or external stakeholders is an advantage.
